The man whose picture you see above with a cocked eyebrow and smirk is Marty Tibbetts.  Marty is dead now, died in a plane crash.  He was the CEO of a Telecom company, Clementine Live Answering Service and was known as a successful executive.

It turns out Marty had a second life and a second name, Dale Johnson, in which he worked with Yili Didana.  The drug kingpin’s cartel sold cocaine in 15 different countries.  Yili was arrested this year on charges of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances on a boat in US jurisdiction, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, and money laundering.  The feds had been on to this guy for a while.  That’s how Marty’s second life was exposed.  His neighbors were shocked when his other life came to light.

The two men were working on a project to develop a sub that would operate somewhat like a drone, tracked and remotely controlled to deliver their payloads to various ports.  They were planning for the sub to hijack rides from big ships by latching on to their underside magnetically.  Not a bad scheme and something that could be used for legitimate purposes. But Tibbetts aka Johnson died and Yilli gave up on the plan.

Look at that cocked eyebrow and the smirk on his face; that’s a cowboy.  Truth be said, we all secretly root for guys like that.  They’ve got a plan.  To the ones among you who are tsk-tsking that he was in the drug business.  Cocaine, which will undoubtedly become legal in about 5 years, is the number one choice of the elites in DC and Hollywood, not to mention the Wall St. boys.  Yes, the very people you vote for, and of course you know about the doings in Hollywood.  So they’re all doing it except the plebs who can’t afford it.

We want guys like Marty to succeed because they are the only true representatives of the American dream left.  You know the dream where you pack your your family in a covered wagon heading out west where there’s land to be had and you are willing to take your chances against the Indians to get it.  You want a life of your own, away from the lily-livered serfs who scrape and bow to their inferiors.

The Tibbetts/johnsons’ of this world make their own way.  We read of their escapades, the El Chapo’s, the Escobar’s and we admire their derring-do.
